For some time now, you have been able to take over other people's shifts if they have been marked for handover by the practice. Now it is also possible to request fixed swap packages and swap directly after approval. Each swap method can be activated by the administrators.

Patient owners call the central emergency number. This can be a regional number or the nationwide number 01805 900900. By entering the postcode, tino24/7 can check which practice can be reached most quickly by emergency services. The actual route is checked. An individual announcement from the practice informs the caller about payment methods and more.

2. The caller is connected

The caller is connected. The practice's phone number remains hidden, but the number of the person calling is visible to the practice. This means that the caller can be called back at any time.

If the connection cannot be established, the nearest clinic or a background service can also be called.

Example:

Veterinarian Irina plans for the emergency service ring with around 15 doctors. tino24/7 automatically asks by email which days are not suitable for a shift and which days are preferred. Tennis is always on Mondays and Julian and Anna's wedding is on August 20th. This is automatically taken into account. After a deadline, the plan is automatically prepared for Irina to review. After confirmation, the plan is sent to all 15 doctors according to their preferences. We recommend preparing the plan annually for 12 months in advance. The shifts are distributed fairly according to points or hours. A weekend, for example, can be given more weight than a Monday.
