And knows the flyer of the Federal Veterinary Chamber to define veterinary emergencies. Information from the Internet is also used. We are currently experimenting with different settings. One vision is that Tina and her colleagues can be reached via a central phone number, decide on the urgency and then forward the call to a person or even inform the nearest clinic directly about the approaching emergency.
